1. Acceptance
These Terms apply to the use of Project ORBIT. By installing or using the game, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the game.
2. License and permitted use
Lativera grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Project ORBIT for its intended gameplay purpose, subject to applicable store and platform terms.
You may not misuse the game, attempt unauthorized access to services, distribute modified copies as if they were official, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law.
3. Google Play Games
Google Play Games features are optional. If you choose to connect, leaderboard and achievement functionality is also subject to Google's applicable terms, account rules and service availability.
4. Scores and achievements
Project ORBIT may submit eligible Total Best Score values and achievement unlocks to Google Play Games for connected players. Scores may be affected by integrity protections or platform enforcement applied by Google Play Games.
5. Local progress
In the current release architecture, level progress, diamonds and the local player profile are stored locally and are not restored through Google Play Games Saved Games. Clearing app data, uninstalling the game or changing devices may affect local progress.
6. Intellectual property
Project ORBIT, its original game design, characters, story elements, audiovisual assets, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the game, no ownership rights are transferred to the player.
7. Availability and changes
Lativera may update Project ORBIT to fix bugs, improve compatibility, adjust features or maintain platform compliance. Online third-party features may be unavailable temporarily because of network conditions, provider outages or service changes outside Lativera's control.
8. Disclaimer and responsibility
Project ORBIT is provided for entertainment use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lativera does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party online services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
